In this important pre-design phase, we do the preparation for the a successful project.
We get to know you, ask pertinent questions to understand the project goals and requirements, and do a site visit and evaluation of the subject property.
At this working phase, the actual design starts to take shape. We will collaborate together to explore a variety of options and opportunities for the project to unlock its creative potential and meet your needs.
During the "DD" phase we develop the design in more detail, finalizing the plan arrangement and the positioning of the house on the site - while exploring materials, systems, and assemblies in 3D.
CD's develop the design with the collaboration and coordination of engineers and consultants into a comprehensive drawing set for building permit review and execution.
We have an important yet varied role during construction. We will be at hand to advise the owner and the contractor throughout the process, answer queries, and ensure the project adheres to the contract documents.
